We use a simple method of providing a guide to how long an item will take to be delivered. Each item in our catalogue has an indication on how long it takes to be shipped. This can vary on a combination of stock levels and order times.

Shipping Time + Delivery Time = Time to Reach You

Delivery Time varies depending on the delivery method you choose to use. Free delivery is sent with 2nd Class Royal Mail delivery and take two or three days typically, Standard Delivers is shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class delivery and takes one or two days. It is important to note though that this can at times take up to seven working days and at peak periods like Christmas longer.

Therefore, if an item says it ships in 24-48 hours, then you should expect it to be delivered 2-4 days after making your order (with Standard 1st class delivery).

It is also important to note, that orders are normally shipped when all items are available, therefore if you have ordered two items, one with a 24-48 shipping time and one with a 1-2 week period, the first time will be held until the other becomes available.

International orders have a slightly longer delivery time. In most situations they reach their destination in 3-5 working days once they have left our distribution centre.
